Description

The Uniworld UM60DJ Dough Hook is a machine that is used to mix and knead large quantities of dough. Its spiral shape spins the mixture and mixes the ingredients evenly as it builds up gluten structure to create a uniform dough. This attachment is compatible with other 60-quart mixers and snaps into place to allow it to be used in heavy-duty mixing. It fits on the hub of the mixer, and the hook is able to fit into the bowl completely, so that the dough moves correctly during the mixing process, which is ideal in a commercial kitchen.
