Description

The Uniworld UWDUM60DJ Dough Hook is a machine that is used to knead and mix large quantities of dough. It spins inside the mixer bowl folds and stretches the dough to form gluten and a homogeneous texture. This attachment fits a 60-quart mixer so it can be used in a commercial kitchen or bakery where large quantities of dough need to be prepared. It is sturdy enough to be used with a thick mixture and the shape of the hook makes it mix uniformly. The dough hook is fitted directly on the attachment hub of the mixer.
