The Cecilware V175A Twin Fryer Basket 17-1/8" L X 8-1/4" W X 6" H Font Hook Blue Plastic Coated Handle is a dual-compartment frying basket designed for handling and cooking food in compatible commercial systems. Its 17-1/8-inch length, 8-1/4-inch width and 6-inch height provide specified basket capacity and fit within designated fryer well. The front hook allow basket to rest on the fryer edge for draining excess oil after cooking, while the blue plastic-coated handle provides a covered gripping surface for operator handling. The basket works well with the fryer and oil-cooking assembly during loading, frying, lifting, and draining operations.
