Description

The Dean 1062387 Strip Heater Assembly 36" 25W 120V is a heating element that produces controlled heat by means of resistance coils housed in a strip enclosure. During operation, the current passes through the internal resistance wire which produces a uniform thermal output along the length of the wire to ensure a uniform warming of the surface, so that the thermal energy is transferred along the length of the wire, giving an even response to the heating of the assembly structure. It is used in commercial cooking equipment or warming units.
