The Frymaster FM1062387 Strip Heater Assembly 36" 25W 120V is a strip heater assembly that is a type of electrical resistance heating element that generates heat by converting electrical energy into heat and evenly distributes the heat to the fryer oil in the fryer tank in commercial systems. The assembly combines strip heater coils which turn on when current flow through them to keep the oil at a steady temperature throughout cooking cycle. It is installed in suitable fryer unit and is in direct contact with the oil reservoir enabling heat transfer to take place through the cooking chamber.
