Frymaster FM106-2387 Fryer Strip Heater Assembly 36" 25W 120V

The Frymaster FM106-2387 Fryer Strip Heater Assembly 36" 25W 120V is a conversion of electrical energy to controlled heat using a resistance strip element in commercial systems. The current passes through the internal heating strip, and the thermal output increases as the electrical resistance increases along the strip; integrated terminals enable connection to the fryer control circuits, and ensure uniform heat distribution throughout the assembly without adding extra components or repeated identifiers. It is placed inside the fryer heating chamber under the oil vat area where strip heater elements are attached to ensure uniform thermal transfer while running the cycles.
