Description

The Hobart 110840-2 Hi-Limit Thermostat 450°F 30" CAP is a temperature security control that measures the amount of heat in equipment. It uses a sensing element to sense when the temperature is too high, and activates an internal switch that opens the circuit until the system cools and is manually or automatically reset according to configuration to avoid overheating damage in controlled equipment operation. It is normally mounted in the heating chamber or control section of cooking equipment where thermal protection is needed and mounted near heating elements in the assembly housing to respond to thermal cutoff accurately.
