Description

The Hobart 410840-2 Hi-Limit Thermostat 30" CAP is a security component to control extreme temperature conditions for commercial cooking equipment. As the internal temperature increases to 450F, the sensing element, which is linked by a 30-inch capillary tube, senses the temperature change and opens the circuit stopping the power to the heating system. This action supports preventing overheating and heat-related damage to the internal components. The sensing bulb is placed in the heated zone to obtain accurate temperature measurements, and the thermostat housing is installed in the control section as part of the protective control layout of the equipment.
