Description

The Hobart 419670-00002 High Limit Thermostat 450°F 30" capillary is a security temperature control for commercial cooking equipment. It is meant to break the heating circuit when temperatures exceed 450F to prevent overheating, and to prevent damage to the connected components. It is controlled by a sensing bulb and capillary tube assembly that senses changes in temperature and communicates with the control system to turn off or adjust heat output ,when the temperature goes above or below limits. It is typically used in commercial fryers and other cooking equipment where thermal cutoff protection is needed.
