Description

The Hobart 112852-1 Top Grate Cast Iron 23-1/4" X 5-1/4" is a support part designed to sit over the burner area of compatible commercial cooking equipment. Measuring 23-1/4 inches long by 5-1/4 inches wide, it provides stable surface for cookware while allowing heat from burner below to reach the vessel. Positioned on the cooktop frame, the grate transfers the weight of pots and pans to the surrounding supports rather than directly onto the burner assembly. Its open grate structure permits combustion air and heat to move through the cooking surface during burner operation.
