Description

The Duke 175357PS Side Grease Pan is a collection element that will collect and direct cooking grease on the nearby equipment surfaces into a special container. The grease is directed through the side mounting path where it is directed into the pan via angled routing to enable it to be separated from the active cooking areas and collected in the receptacle to be removed periodically. The pan is usually mounted on the side of commercial cooking equipment under greasy areas, and is fitted into the equipment frame to receive runoff without disrupting cooking activities and fits into side-mounted support channels to fit in place.
