Description

The Hobart 62104 Mixing Bowl 20-QT is intended to hold the ingredients in use and assist in the rotation of the mixing attachments. When the mixer is operating, the bowl ensures that the ingredients are placed in their respective positions to allow the agitator to work on the materials by blending or kneading. This bowl can be fitted on the support arms or lift mechanism of the compatible commercial mixers. It is the mixing bowl that is used together with beaters, whips and dough hooks when making food. The bowl is used with mixer parts to aid in processing ingredients.
