Description

The Uniworld UWDUM-20B Mixing Bowl 20-QT contains the ingredients during the mixer operation but the agitator is able to rotate through the contents to facilitate the blending and mixing activities. The bowl keeps the ingredients in place as the mixer is running to allow attachments to work efficiently with materials. This part is mounted on the support arms of the bowl of compatible commercial planetary mixers. The bowl is used with the mixer lift system and agitator during food preparation. This type of mixing bowl is typical of bakeries, restaurants and commercial food production facilities.
