The Uniworld UM-20B Mixing Bowl 20-Qt is a replacement bowl for a mixer that holds ingredients in the process of mixing in commercial planetary mixers. It has a 20-quart capacity that is made of stainless steel and a shaped design that can fit compatible mixer bowl mounts and support brackets. The bowl is mounted on the arms of the mixer bowl and is clamped into place under the rotating mixing attachment. When the mixer is operating the bowl is used to hold the position of ingredients, allowing mixing attachments to mix and work on materials.
