The Dean 806-4504SP Blower Assembly 115V Left Hand is constructed to circulate air in cooking equipment with the use of an electric motor and a blower wheel assembly. The blower assembly is used to assist in the circulation of air used in the heating and ventilation of the unit. It is usually installed in commercial kitchen equipment where there are burner areas, heating areas and internal ventilation areas that need airflow control.
