The Dean 8064504SP Blower Assembly 115V air movement assembly for commercial fryer equipment. It's intended to provide the burner system with controlled airflow to ensure stable, combustion and heat output. It has a motorized fan that sucks air into the combustion chamber, and directs it through the combustion chamber for steady operation. This is fitted behind the blower compartment of the fryer usually on the left-hand side. It is linked to the electrical system and the airflow pathway as part of the combustion air supply system in commercial kitchens.
