The Dean 826-1512 Blower Assembly is a 115V air circulation assembly for commercial fryers. It works by, creating regulated airflow that, assists the combustion process of the burner and supports keeping the heat output steady. During operation, the unit is driven by an electric motor, which moves a fan to supply air to the heating chamber, which provides a better combustion condition. It is generally attached to the left-side blower position in the fryer housing. The assembly is connected to the electrical circuit and air intake system and is a major component of the combustion air delivery system.
