Description

The Groen 9000 Kettle Faucet 1-1/2" Draw Off Valve is used to control the release of the liquid contents in the kettle through a regulated outlet hole. It works by pushing the internal valve mechanism when the handle is on so that the product can go through the spout. The assembly directs soups, broths and sauces out of the vessel in the process of draining. It is mostly applied in commercial kitchen cooking systems where the liquid foods are cooked in bulk quantities and moved to containers to serve or store.
