Description

The Cleveland SE50005 Kettle Faucet 1-1/2" Draw Off Valve provides a regulated outlet for discharging liquid food products out of the kettle vessel. It operates by opening the internal valve mechanism when the handle is used, and the hot contents pass through the outlet spout. This valve is attached at the lower outlet port of commercial steam kettles that are compatible. The assembly guides the draining procedures by guiding the soups, sauces and broths out of the kettle. It is applied in commercial foodservice cooking equipment where liquid preparations are removed from kettles and placed into containers to be served or stored.
