Description

The Southbend PP-643 Kettle Faucet 1-1/2" Draw Off Valve regulates the outlet of any liquid food products in the kettle during processes of draining or serving. It operates by opening an internal passage of the valve through which the product passes through the faucet body and through the spout. This valve is fitted on the draw-off port which is found towards the bottom of the compatible commercial kettles. The assembly forces the soups, sauces, and other liquid preparations out of the cooking vessel. It is applied in commercial foodservice where kettles are utilized to prepare and dispense large quantities of liquid foods.
