Description

The T&S Brass B3950 Steam Pressure Safety Relief Valve is a pressure-control component designed for compatible commercial steam equipment. Featuring a 3/4" female pipe thread, a 5 PSI pressure setting, and a rated capacity of 290 lbs/hr, it provides a defined connection size and steam-release specification. Installed in the steam circuit, the valve remains closed during normal pressure conditions and opens when pressure reaches its specified setting. This action allow excess steam to discharge through the valve, limiting pressure buildup within the connected equipment. Its threaded connection provides a direct interface with the steam piping for controlled pressure relief.
