Description

The T&S Brass TSB2950 Steam Pressure Safety Relief Valve is an automatic steam-release component that responds to excessive pressure in commercial systems. The valve features a 3/4" FPT connection, a 5 PSI pressure setting, and a 290 LBS/HR discharge capacity. It is mounted at a designated relief connection on the steam circuit where the valve remains exposed to system pressure. The internal mechanism lifts and allows steam to exit through the relief opening. As pressure decreases, the valve returns to its closed position. This pressure-release cycle helps control excess steam within the connected system during operation.
