Description

The Robot Coupe 38150 S-Blade is a rotating cutting attachment used to chop, mix, and process food ingredients in compatible commercial food preparation equipment. Installed on the machine’s drive shaft inside the processing bowl, the blade rotates at operating speed as the motor turns the shaft. Its cutting edges contact the ingredients repeatedly, reducing their size while movement within the bowl promotes more even processing. The blade works with the drive assembly and bowl to perform controlled food preparation operations according to the selected processing cycle.
