Description

The Robot Coupe R1752 S-Blade is a food-processing cutting attachment designed to reduce ingredients through high-speed rotational movement in compatible commercial machines. Its S-shaped blade profile places the cutting edges around a central mounting point, creating multiple contact areas as the assembly turns. Secured to the rotating drive mechanism inside the processing container, the blade transfers motor rotation directly to the cutting edges. As ingredients move across the blade path, repeated contact cuts and breaks them into smaller portions. The attachment operates with the drive shaft and container to perform chopping and general processing activities.
