Description

The Robot Coupe R3029 S-Blade is a substitute cutting attachment used for processing food ingredients in compatible commercial food preparation equipment. The S-blade design features opposing curved cutting sections that sweep through the contents as the central hub rotates. Installed on the machine’s drive shaft within the processing bowl, it converts motor-driven rotation into a continuous cutting motion. Ingredients entering the blade’s path are contacted by the sharpened edges and progressively reduced as rotation continues. The blade’s movement also redistributes ingredients inside the bowl, allowing the cutting action to interact with the contents during the processing cycle.
