The Frymaster FM1062994 Blower Assembly Left Hand 115V work by providing airflow to the fryer system. It works with the internal burner parts of the fryer to circulate air within the fryer assistsing in the ignition and temperature conditions during the cooking process. This blower assembly is mounted within the fryer cabinet close to the burner and airflow area and is linked to the heating and airflow part of the fryer. It is used in a commercial kitchen fryer where there is a need for controlled air movement for regular fryer operation and cooking performance.
