The Frymaster FM806-4504SP Fryer Blower Assembly Left Hand 115V circulates air to assists the burner operation and to keep the air flowing within commercial fryer systems. It works by blowing air through the combustion section and assists the fryer in keeping the cooking performance correct during cooking cycles. This blower assembly is mounted inside the fryer cabinet close to the burner and heating elements where air is needed for the operation of the fryer. It is intended for use in compatible fryer units in the commercial kitchen and foodservice conditions.
