The Frymaster FM8261512 Fryer Blower Assembly Left Hand 115V circulate air in the fryer system to assist burner ignition and to ensure the correct airflow during cooking operation. It work by forcing a regulated flow of air into the combustion zone so ensuring uniform heating throughout the fryer's operation. This blower assembly is placed inside the fryer cabinet close to the burner and heating part of the fryer and is connected to the airflow and ignition part of the fryer. The assembly is designed to be compatible with specific commercial fryer model and is a component of the internal air circulation.
