The Cecilware G218A French Plate Surface Heater is an electric cooking element designed for compatible commercial cooking equipment. The 9-inch diameter heating plate operates on 240V and delivers 2600W of electrical heating power. Its four-pin terminals provide the connection points for the equipment's electrical wiring and control circuit. When energized, the internal heating element converts electrical current into heat across the metal cooking surface, allowing cookware to be heated directly from below. The heater works with the equipment's thermostat, selector switch, and wiring to control heat according to the selected cooking setting.
