The Garland GL1069900 Twin Fryer Basket 17-1/8" L X 8-1/4" W X 6" H Front Hook Blue Plastic Coated Handle is a two-compartment frying basket designed for compatible commercial fryer equipment. Its 17 1/8-inch length, 8 1/4-inch width, and 6-inch height provide the specified basket dimensions for the fryer vat. The divided basket allows separate food portions to be held during frying while the front hook supports the basket on the fryer edge for draining. The blue plastic-coated handle provides a gripping surface for handling the basket. It works with the fryer vat and basket support during normal cooking operations.
