The Garland GLF043-1 Twin Fryer Basket 17-1/8" L X 8-1/4" W X 6" H Front Hook Blue Plastic Coated Handle is a divided frying basket designed for compatible commercial fryers. The basket provides two sections within a 17-1/8 inch by 8-1/4 inch by 6 inch overall size for holding food products during frying. Its front hook allows the basket to rest on fryer rim while excess oil drains from the cooked food. The blue plastic-coated handle provides a designated hand grip for lifting and lowering basket. The basket works with the fryer vat and support structure during cooking and draining.
