The Pitco A1105406-C Extended Basket Hanger supports are attached to the fryer by means of a fixed mounting structure that fits in the fryer frame and then the hanger supports are attached to the top of the oil reservoir and directed to be lowered and raised during the frying cycles. It has the fryer frame to stabilize the basket movement enabling the same positioning of the basket when food is in and out of hot oil, and minimizing the unnecessary basket movement in the course of operation.
