Description

The Pitco PTA1105406-C Gas Fryer Extended Basket Hanger SG14/SG14R/SG14T has the same operation as a basket support part to compatible models. It is attached to the fryer to give baskets a stable place to rest at the end of the cooking process so that the oil can drain into the frypot. This provides better and sustained cleaner work conditions in foodservice. It is an external support system of the fryer, which enables the operators to deal with cooked items at all times. The replacement is performed in case the hanger is damaged, which requires further proper support and usage.
