Description

The Pitco A1105406C Gas Fryer Extended Basket Hanger SG14/SG14R/SG14T is a part that is used to support the basket above the pot. Installed on gas fryers that are compatible, enabling baskets to be placed in a high position to drain off extra oil after cooking. This is involved in enhancing the workflow and decreasing the oil carryover to a cleaner operation. It is applied in commercial kitchen settings and ensures order and uniformity in food preparation. This is substituted in case of bending or damage, which ensures that the basket is supported and can be used in the fryer system.
