The Southbend P9183 Twin Fryer Basket 17-1/8" L X 8-1/4" W X 6" H Front Hook Blue Plastic Coated Handle is a two-section fryer basket designed for compatible commercial fryer equipment. Measuring 17 1/8 inches long, 8 1/4 inches wide, and 6 inches high, the basket provide separate areas for holding food during the frying cycle. The front hook connects to fryer edge and supports the basket above the oil when draining. The blue plastic-coated handle provides a defined gripping surface for handling the basket. It works with the fryer vat and basket support components during frying and draining operations.
