The Vulcan Hart VH115780-3 Blower Wheel is used in an air circulation system in a commercial gas convection oven. It is 9-7/8" in diameter, 2-5/8" wide, and has a 5/8" hole for attaching to the shaft. The rotation from the drive motor draws air through the center opening and pushes it out through the curved fins, causing a continuous flow throughout the oven cavity. This circulation of air facilitates heat transfer by carrying heated air around the inside and bringing it back to the burner section for reheating. Installed within the housing, it works directly in conjunction with the motor and internal blower air channel.
