Description

The Vulcan Hart VH415780-3 Blower Wheel is a rotational airflow component that is used in commercial kitchen assemblies. It is 9-7/8" in diameter, 2-5/8" wide, and 5/8" in bore, which fits into the motor shaft within the blower housing. The drive motor activates and spins the wheel to draw air through the central hub and push it outwards through curved blades, which causes the air to circulate continuously within the oven cavity. This air circulation assists in spreading heated air over internal cooking areas and bringing it back to the heat source for reheating.
