Description

The Hobart 00-272582-00001 Thermostat Kit W/Knob & Screws 200-400°F RX is a temperature control assembly designed for compatible commercial cooking equipment. The thermostat provide 200°F to 400°F adjustment range and is supplied with a control knob and mounting screws for designated installation. As the equipment temperature changes, the thermostat senses operating condition and regulates heating circuit to maintain the selected setting. The knob allows operator to adjust the desired temperature, while the screws secure the assembly in position. It works with the heating elements, wiring and control circuit during cooking operation.
