Description

The Hobart 00-721025-00001 Thermostat Kit with Knob and Screws 200–400°F is a temperature control the assembly used in the commercial equipment. The thermostat senses operating temperature and regulates the heating circuit by opening or closing electrical contacts as the temperature reaches the selected setting. It operates with a range and includes a control knob for the temperature adjustment along with screws for mounting. The thermostat installs at the equipment control panel and connects to the heating circuit wiring.
