The Hobart 411506-00008 Thermostat Kit W/Knob & Screws 200-400°F RX is a mechanical temperature control assembly for compatible cooking equipment. Its 200°F to 400°F range, included control knob, and mounting screws provide component needed for temperature adjustment and installation. The thermostat senses changes in cooking chamber or heated surface and switches heating circuit according to the selected setting. Turning the knob changes the temperature setpoint through thermostat mechanism. It operates with the heating elements, electrical wiring and control circuit to regulate heat during the equipment's operating cycle.
