Description

The Hobart 272582-1 Thermostat Kit 200–400°F is a temperature control assembly designed for the commercial foodservice equipment. It includes the thermostat with the adjustment knob, and mounting screws required for installation. The thermostat senses operating temperature and regulates the heating circuit by opening or closing electrical contacts as the set temperature changes. Its range allows the operator to select and maintain the required cooking or holding temperature. Installed in the equipment control area the thermostat connects to the heating system and provides manual temperature adjustment for consistent equipment operation.
