Description

The Hobart 110738-2 Gas Fryer Screen is a barrier part for use in a commercial heating tube assembly. It is shaped to cover or surround the heat exchange tubes in the oil tank of the fryer and is 17-1/2 inches by 17-1/2 inches. The heat from the combustion is transferred through the tube structure, and the screen provides spacing and prevents accumulation on the heating elements during operation. It continues to stay securely in the internal tube section with the thermal system of the fryer to ensure a stable heat flow and to safeguard the internal heating surfaces.
