Description

The Prince Castle 675-4 Tube Screen is a wire mesh support screen designed for compatible commercial fryers. Measuring 17-1/2 inches by 17-1/2 inches, it installs above the fryer heat tubes to provide a stable surface for fryer baskets while allowing oil to circulate freely through the mesh. The screen support keeps food products from contacting the heat tubes directly and supports even oil flow during frying. It works with the fryer tank and basket assembly to maintain proper basket positioning and normal cooking operation.
