Description

The Hobart 410738-00002 Gas Fryer Tube is a mesh screen that fits into a commercial heating assembly. Its dimensions are 17-1/2" x 17-1/2", and it is placed around the internal exchange tubes within the fry tank. The screen keeps cooking oil moving through the tank and reduces contact between the food and the heated tube surfaces. When running, the heat from the burner system flows through the tubes, and the mesh structure prevents the heating area. It stays in the tube compartment and works in parallel with the internal heating path to achieve a consistent heat flow and surface protection.
