The Avantco 177400046 Thermostat is an auto-reset millivolt thermostat that is highly effective in controlling the temperature of the fryer within the range of 200°F to 400°F. Equipped with 3/8” MPT stuffing box, 1/4” x 4-1/2” bulb and 30” capillary, it can provide accurate control of heat, avoiding overheat and keeping the right frying temperature. It has a hi-limit safety at 450°F which makes it safe for use in the kitchen while at the same time increasing the life of the fryer. This thermostat is suitable for different Vulcan fryer models and it is useful for achieving the desired cooking temperature, saving energy and providing better quality food in the improve kitchen.
