Description

The Hobart 342857-2 Safety Thermostat is a temperature-sensing component that will activate when the temperature sensed by the thermostat reaches the set operating limit. It regulates the connected electrical circuit by stopping the circuit from operating when the excessive temperature condition is detected. It has a 1/4" x 6-1/2" bulb placed at the sensing point and the 30" capillary is attached between the bulb and the control mechanism. It is used in commercial foodservice equipment in the temperature control and safety circuit.
