Description

The Hobart XNC8X91 Safety Thermostat interrupts heating when temperatures exceed its operating limit in compatible commercial equipment. When the set temperature limit is reached, it will interrupt the heating circuit and stop further heat input. The thermostat is set up so that the 1/4" X 6-1/2" sensing bulb is placed at the temperature monitoring point and is attached to the control by a 30" capillary tube. It acts as a temperature-sensitive switch that turns off the circuit when it reaches a certain set temperature and restores the circuit based on the thermostat design.
