Description

The Prince Castle 908 Wedger 8-Section is a system that slices fruits or vegetables in one motion by pushing them through a fixed eight-blade cutting head with manual downward pressure, to cut the item into the same size wedges. It is placed into the food preparation process of commercial kitchens, usually placed on a counter or prep station, so that it can be reached quickly when performing slicing operations. The product is placed in the middle of the blades, and the handle is pressed to cut with the wedge. It is used as a mechanical cutting system within the kitchen system that assists in the consistent portioning of food during the normal preparation processes.
