Description

The Prince Castle WW8 8-Section Wedge Witch is a manual cutting machine that is used in commercial kitchens. It works by exerting force downwards that forces potatoes or other produce of the same nature through a multi-blade grid to create eight equal sections. The structure is placed on a preparation table, and it holds the cutting grid and pressing mechanism to direct the production through the cutting path. It is also necessary to ensure that the portions of products are the same when preparing them. This wedge helps in the preparation of ingredients efficiently in dishes that need uniform shapes of wedges in foodservice.
