Description

The Prince Castle 908A8 8-Section Wedge Witch is a food preparation cutting unit that is found in commercial food preparation areas to slice whole potatoes and other comparable vegetables into uniform wedge-shaped portions. It works by a manual pressing system where the product is forced through a fixed blade grid creating eight equal sections with one press. The wedger frame is mounted on a preparation table to hold the blade assembly and guide plate in place to have controlled cutting when in use. It is ensuring the constant portion size and structured preparation process.
